Now, before getting to make my frigging diamond ring, I need to understand the Blender interface first. This is what I have walked through in order to getting familiar with the UI before modelling my damn diamond:

I. Some common hot keys to memorise:

Shift A: Add Mesh

X: Delete

Tab: Object Mode => Control + Tab: Selection Mode

W: Edge context menu

G: Move

Shift + middle mouse: Move

Three most used action in Zbrush:
– Bình thường: Xoay

– Chuột: Zoom

– Alt + chuột trái: di chuyển nó – Chuot phai: 

– F: Standard view

– Ngoài khung vẽ: di chuyển khi zoom quá to 

– Press S: Adjust brush size

– Press U: Adjust intensity

– Press Q/ W/ E/ R: Change to Edit/ Draw/ Move/ Rotate tool

– Press Shift: Auto change to smooth brush tool

How to create map in Zbrush:

  • Chọn texture
  • Chọn material
  • Cái UV là cái làm cho hoa văn ấy nổi hay chìm
  • Normal map: để chỉnh cho màu hoa văn ấy bình thường

Trước khi làm map thì giảm số lượng geometry xuống bằng geometry tab: (Vào Zplugin-> Decimation Master -> Giảm số poly point xuống)

Vào Geometry -> Bấm vào Devine -> Giảm từ 3Res xuống 1SDiv

KHi gỉam hết cỡ rồi vào UV Map -> Chọn Create map -> Chọn Uvp hoặc uvp (map nào phù hợp) -> Export 3 map này ra bao gồm: Texture map, material map, và UV map.
